About us
The house, the yard, and the deck.
Home repairs and renovations inside. Landscaping and snow outside. Decks when you want a place to sit.
One crew, from a punch list to a kitchen.
We take care of the house — repairs and renovations inside, landscaping and snow outside, and decks. If it is inside the home, we can do it.
Sunset Property Services works Denver houses inside and out. Repairs stay repairs. Renovations cover kitchens, baths, basements, and the rest of an interior rebuild. Landscaping and snow cover the yard. Decks are their own builds.
What we take on.
Everything else inside a home falls under renovations.
Home repairs
A stuck door, a patch of drywall, a fixture that never sat right, flooring that needs a section, paint after a leak. Home repairs are the jobs that do not need a full remodel — and should not wait for one.
Renovations & construction
When the work is bigger than a repair, it is a renovation: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, built-ins, and the construction that ties them together. One scope, one crew.
Landscaping & snow
Planting, beds, stone, and seasonal care in the warm months. In winter we clear drives and walks so the same property is usable after a storm. One relationship for the ground around the house.
Decks
Cedar and composite decks, rails, and stairs, sized to the door and the yard. We also rebuild tired decks — posts, ledger, and boards — instead of painting over a structure that has already failed.
